Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and address inquiries with professionalism
- Assist clients with onboarding, training, and system usage
- Escalate technical issues to specialized teams when required
- Document client issues, feedback, and solutions in internal systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk reduction
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or client support role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, ServiceNow, or MS Office 365
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Basic technical background or experience in financial/IT services
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., GitLab, ServiceNow)
