While Spartan Management Group provides strategic consulting and operational support, we are deeply integrated with the businesses we work alongside to drive growth and excellence. We are looking for a Call Center Representative to support our customer service operations.
In general, those holding this position must be great on the phone with our customers, work well with the team, have analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and a self-starter.

- Answer incoming customer calls promptly, efficiently, and professionally, ensuring they are scheduled for service or directed to the appropriate team member based on their needs
- Maintain accurate customer records, updating information as necessary
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and performance metrics
- Book service calls through a third-party vendor, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely follow-up
- 1+ years of CRM software experience required
- 1+ years of call center experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Active listening skills and strong phone phone etiquette
- World class customer service skills
- Time management skills
- Great work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance & demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to type 30-40 words per minute required
