A leading global sports and entertainment network is seeking flexible Customer Support Agents to join our team.

In this role, you'll be crucial in ensuring our customers receive exceptional care, especially during our peak seasons. We're looking for individuals who can quickly adapt, think critically, and provide top-notch support to our diverse customer base. If you're a sports fan, that's a definite plus!

Responsibilities

Support tasks on Zendesk related to technical issues, subscription issues, and content enquiries.

Filing bugs via Jira

Nice to have

Experience or knowledge of media and entertainment

Working conditions

M-F 9 AM - 6 PM SGT for first month (subject to change, but will remain in SGT)
