Full Job Description

The Customer Experience Representative serves as the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey. This role requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays, with opportunities to pick up additional hours during the week. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling consultations, and maintaining accurate records to support our sales and service teams.

As a member of our Call Center Team, you'll play a vital role in booking appointments, answering questions, and creating great first impressions for potential clients. This position offers a guaranteed hourly base pay plus bonus opportunities, with no cold calling or sales involved.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate, timely, and professional responses.
  • Book appointments for project consultants and coordinate schedules effectively.
  • Educate customers about products and services, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Maintain and update customer records using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Assist with scheduling and sending pre-appointment materials to customers.
  • Track and manage follow-ups, ensuring effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Support marketing efforts by conducting research and sending targeted outreach materials.
  • Provide additional support to call center operations, including appointment confirmations and customer follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle challenging customer situations professionally.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours as needed.
  • Ambitious, money-motivated, and eager to learn and grow in the role.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule
