About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Designer-Smart Gallery  to help drive the next phase of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) growth. In this hybrid creative-technical role, you’ll design and develop high-converting smart galleries that showcase products in ways that are visually engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team of creatives, strategists, and platform specialists, developing scalable gallery templates that bring product stories to life while accelerating how we launch new clients and categories.

What You’ll Do:

Design Smart Galleries that Convert

  • Create compelling smart galleries that balance storytelling, brand expression, and conversion principles.
  • Design modular layouts for various product types and categories, ensuring both visual clarity and user impact.
  • Test and refine gallery formats based on performance insights, UX feedback, and creative experimentation.

Build Scalable Template Systems

  • Develop reusable gallery templates that enable rapid D2C onboarding and consistent execution across brands.
  • Work collaboratively with the Creative, Product, and Integration teams to ensure visual and technical alignment.
  • Support the evolution of smart gallery systems that scale across formats, devices, and client needs.

Bring Data into Design

  • Collaborate with analytics and performance teams to understand what drives user engagement and conversion.
  • Continuously iterate on layout structures, visual hierarchy, and UX elements to boost smart gallery impact.
  • Apply performance-driven design principles while keeping creative integrity intact.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • ~5 years of experience in UX/UI design, performance creative, ecommerce, or product storytelling roles.
Ability to translate product specs into visually rich, conversion-oriented experiences.
  • Strong skills in layout design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design systems.
  • Proficient in tools like Figma, Webflow, or Adobe XD; experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus.
  • Experience building modular or reusable design frameworks for ecommerce, marketing, or content delivery environments.
  • Comfortable with AI tools or coding automation for design or content workflows is a plus.
  • Data-aware with the ability to optimize creative based on performance insights.
  • Comfortable working onsite and collaborating across Creative, Product, and Integration teams.
  • A self-starter mindset with ownership, speed, and a deep sense of design purpose.

The base salary range is $120,000-$150,000/per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
