Job Description

Who Are We Looking For?

  • As a copy producer/coordinator, you'll support the copy production and publishing process for the enterprise.
  • Working within our Operations team, you'll guide deliverables across the business from start to finish, ensuring copy is delivered as efficiently as possible to meet launch dates, without sacrificing the rich storytelling we are so proud of. You will find new opportunities to deliver content online to offline, seeing through the noise to guarantee success.
  • You'll work to align deliverables, weigh priorities, and unlock new information to help our writers and editors meet daily, weekly, and seasonal deadlines.
  • You will support the intake of individual requests, aligning their urgency with set goals and report out on metrics that will help steer the business to become more efficient.

What Will You Work On?

  • Analyze raw data in various formats and compare against thousands of records
  • Document existing and new tasks within the copy authoring workflow
  • Build reports to help explain complex information in easy to digest ways
  • Intake requests for updates and new copy and operationalizing insights
  • Work with clients ensuring their needs for delivery are met
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely copy delivery and upload their copy
  • Track and reduce opportunity costs for the enterprise
  • Unlock efficiencies for writers and editors, giving them more time to create by reducing the time spent managing data

Who Will You Work With?

  • You'll partner with your Ops Manager, Product Writing Operations, Outside Vendors, Digital Direct Operations, Product Writers, Product Editors, and more.

Skills And Requirements

2+ years as coordinator and/or producer in a corporate setting, agency or e-commerce

  • Strong understanding of web publishing and web publishing tools
  • Command of digital technology, e-commerce and navigating databases
  • A talent for working with a team and communicating effectively
  • Ability to handle multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines
  • Solid understanding of Excel, SmartSheet, Power BI, Tableau or similar software null
