Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Creative Content Manager for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.
The Creative Content Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s visual storytelling through high-impact photography and creative direction. This role will lead the acquisition and management of top-tier creative resources—including photographers, stylists, and models—ensuring each collaborator aligns with the brand's aesthetic and strategic goals. A key function of the position is to drive the creative vision across all brand photography campaigns, providing clear direction and visual solutions that maintain consistency and elevate the brand identity across global markets.
In partnership with internal and external teams, this role will oversee the entire photography production lifecycle—from casting and pre-production through final execution - which will include evaluating existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing streamlined processes to increase operational efficiency and visual output quality. With a strong emphasis on art direction, brand alignment, and innovation, this individual will direct creative aspects of editorial campaigns, look books, and e-commerce photography to support both marketing initiatives and commercial objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Photography Resource Acquisition: Source and onboard photographers, creative teams, and models aligned with brand needs and aesthetics. Build and maintain strong industry relationships to ensure top talent collaboration.
- Creative Direction: Lead the art direction and creative vision for brand photography campaigns. Provide guidance and visual problem-solving strategies to the team, ensuring overseas and domestic shoot quality aligns with brand identity and creative standards. Standardize and elevate brand visual guidelines.
- Production Process Optimization: Evaluate current photography workflows and results. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance visual output and operational efficiency.
- Casting and Direction: Oversee casting, artistic direction, and photo shoots with a focus on brand identity, marketing strategy, e-commerce presentation, and continuous growth opportunities. Direct the creative aspects of brand campaigns, editorial look books, and product photography.
- 5+ years of experience in photography or creative direction roles within the fashion industry.
- Strong aesthetic and creative capabilities are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to collaborate effectively across departments and management levels.
- Deep understanding of brand visual language, able to accurately interpret and implement brand positioning and style.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Photography, Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Prior experience working for an activewear brand
