In this role, you will be responsible for helping to train and implement company systems for all of our field agencies to cultivate their skills and knowledge of our systems and increase our company’s bottom line. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that will help motivate others to become more efficient and effective. The Corporate Worksite Trainer is an experienced field representative with abilities to convey messages and transfer company systems from the Agency Owner through the field force. Organizational skills, communication skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you must possess.
This is a remote / work from home position.

Role Overview
Could you be our next Corporate Worksite Trainer?Globe Life is looking for a Corporate Worksite Trainer to join the team!
In this role, you will be responsible for helping to train and implement company systems for all of our field agencies to cultivate their skills and knowledge of our systems and increase our company’s bottom line. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that will help motivate others to become more efficient and effective. The Corporate Worksite Trainer is an experienced field representative with abilities to convey messages and transfer company systems from the Agency Owner through the field force. This is a remote / work from home position.
What You Will Do
- Communicate with Home Office Directors along with Field Personnel to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Implementing effective training systems.
- Book all travel associated with your position.
- Travel schedule: Sunday through Thursday each week.
- Responsible for a company card along with expenses.
- Conduct meetings, webinars, and individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as power points, videos etc.
- Support and mentor field Supervisors and Field Directors.
- Oversee growth and training for an entire region assigned to you.
- Manage training at the field level and inspect that the company’s initiative is implemented.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement and have open communication with Field Force and Office Management to assist.
- Monitor field force performance and response to training.
- Effectively show proven use of all systems associated with Liberty National.
What You Can Bring
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience.
- Sales experience within Liberty National.
- Proven experience within Liberty National using the Worksite Systems.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Willingness to embrace new training in corporate teaching.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce (EPIC) software familiarity is an asset.
- Executive level communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and decision making.
- Ability to be able to implement all Liberty National systems effectively and efficiently while helping the company increase bottom line.
- Ability to adjust and think independently.
- Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.
- Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.
