In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement a forward-thinking supply chain strategy for the Americas, aligning with business objectives to optimize costs, delivery, and risk management
- Cultivate and handle key supplier relationships, guiding Regional Category Managers in performance optimization, development, and negotiations to spark innovation and stay ahead of the competition
- Lead impactful initiatives that drive quality improvements, reduce lead times, and deliver cost savings through process optimization and strategic sourcing
- Leverage the Pressure Management cross-functional Supply Chain Phase-Gate procedure to fine-tune and elevate supply chain design for maximum efficiency
- Inspire and empower team members throughout project phases, setting clear objectives, maintaining focus, and ensuring timely execution of successful outcomes
- Build, mentor, and nurture a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement
- Lead diverse projects using a blend of predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches to meet evolving business needs and goals
- Collaborate with partners to set and measure critical metrics, driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities
- Uphold the highest standards of operational integrity by ensuring compliance with procurement, trade, and supply chain regulations across all activities

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years in supply chain management, with 5+ years in leadership role
- Expertise in sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier management
- Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration at all levels
- Excellent oral and written English language skills, other languages are an advantage
- Ability to travel domestically/globally more than 40% of the time
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
