Description
As the Oklahoma City Thunder’s Corporate Partnerships team, we pride ourselves in providing the best client service and partner activations in the league. We are looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our department's success.
The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for implementing all partner assets, including overseeing TV and radio logs, signage logs, and assets for print, web, and app platforms.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Director, Corporate Partnership Activation. Work schedule will include regular office hours as well as, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The primary work location is the Thunder corporate office located at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City. Employees are encouraged to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Description
As the Oklahoma City Thunder’s Corporate Partnerships team, we pride ourselves in providing the best client service and partner activations in the league. We are looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our department's success.
The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for implementing all partner assets, including overseeing TV and radio logs, signage logs, and assets for print, web, and app platforms.
In this role you will:
- Maintain expertise across all media platforms
- Coordinate inventory, traffic, and formatting for radio and TV game broadcasts
- Administer asset inventory and reporting through the internal customer relationship management system
- Handle relationships with third parties, including managing TV inventory and rates
- Use Wide Orbit software to receive media orders and implement traffic for all third-party media buys
- Collaborate with the partnership activation team to implement contractual media initiatives and fulfill contractual obligations
- Coordinate with various departments to implement assets across broadcasting, marketing, video production, digital, print operations, and other areas
- Use Skyview software to ensure proper placement of radio ads based on specific requirements
- Assist with the corporate partnership strategy team in collecting metrics and data for partner recaps and renewals
- Provide monthly performance documentation to partners, detailing media assets
- Distribute weekly log reports for signage, TV, and radio
- Verify details such as programs, program numbers, break structures, log timings, advertiser placement, rotation, and separation
- Implement copy assignments as needed
- Interpret and assign copy accurately based on client traffic instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in traffic management, marketing, or agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English highly beneficial
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of personality types
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively to accomplish deadlines
