What You'll Do

• Influence American Airlines' strategic direction of Offer/Order Management to position us as a leader in modern retailing
• Assist in leading initiatives to optimize our e-commerce platform, supporting commercial needs and managing implementation and execution to drive revenue growth for American Airlines and enhance the overall customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to help develop delivery roadmap and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Support the team in creating material to present strategies and analyses to leadership, securing approvals and aligning the organization on decisions, timelines and solution recommendations
• Partner with Engineering to execute short-term initiatives while developing future-state enterprise capabilities
• Conduct analysis to help build the business case justification and prioritization of deliver features
  
  

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• BA/BS in Business, Aviation, or related field, or equivalent training/experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in airlines, analytics, or related field
• Analytical skills with ability to synthesize large datasets, including financial data
• Innovative thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Understanding of the core economics that drive the airline industry with ability to make data-driven decisions
  
  

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Product management/owner experience
• Knowledge in SQL, Tableau and/or PowerBI
