What You Will Do:

As a Consulting Partner, you will work directly with small business owners and entrepreneurs to solve their most pressing challenges. Our services are focused on actionable solutions that drive real results. You don't have to be an expert in every area, but with the support of the GCG team, you will help clients with:

• Grant & Funding Strategy: Identifying and applying for grants, loans, and other funding opportunities.
• Business Growth & Scaling: Developing strategic plans to expand operations and increase revenue.
• Sales Training and Systems: Implementing proven sales methodologies and setting up systems to help clients close more deals.
• Software Implementation: Advising on and implementing essential software like CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and automation tools to streamline their operations.
• AI Integration: Helping businesses leverage artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Financial & Operational Efficiency: Improving cash flow, reducing costs, and streamlining business processes.
• Marketing & Branding: Crafting effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Human Resources & Team Management: Helping clients build and manage strong, effective teams.

• Established consultants (1+ years) can expect to be making between $100k and $300k+ annually.
