Construction Litigation Legal Assistant

Are you a dynamic, tech-savvy professional with a passion for the legal field? We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to join our client's team and support Government Relations Advisors and attorneys specializing in construction and regulatory litigation. There is a preference for those with a background in construction litigation.

What You'll Do

• Efficiently manage calendars and schedules to keep our team on track
• Handle E-Filing and E-Recording with precision
• Edit and format legal documents to ensure they meet our high standards
• Assist with time entry to keep our operations running smoothly
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
