The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720 annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

We are looking for A Community Manager. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental, US.
[Role Description]
- Build champion communities around cross-portfolio use cases and foster engagement and collaboration across stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration and support knowledge sharing across business units, sales, and partners.
- Develop forums, newsletters, and events and promote Siemens thought leadership and community presence
- Gather feedback from within the community and support feedback loops for continuous improvement of both product and sales teams
- Participate in external user and interest groups to influence and represent Siemens’ position as a thought leader
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in community management, sales, or marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong storytelling, outgoing, personable and has strong communication ability.
- Innovative and creative mindset towards managing communication.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- Structure working mode and a strong focus on customer centricity
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Experience in organizing events and managing forums.
- Background in manufacturing or automation in some professional capacity
- Background in customer success or partner engagement.
- Knowledge of Siemens portfolio and ecosystem.
