  • You must be licensed and reside in Alabama to qualify.
  • Enjoy providing personalized In-Home Health Evaluations, including Health Risk Assessments, to health plan members.
  • Flexible scheduling options based on your preferences, with opportunities for additional pay through a pay-per-test model for qualifying visits.
  • Malpractice coverage is included during related assignments.
  • Many physicians find that in-home visits allow for meaningful patient interactions and comprehensive assessments of their living conditions and functional abilities.
  • This role offers full-time, part-time, or temporary positions with pay starting at $100/hour.

  • Applicants should hold a Doctorate, be licensed in Alabama, and have or be willing to obtain the necessary credentials.
  • Work involves traveling and conducting visits in patients' homes.
