Are you eager to break into medical device sales? Join our team as a Clinical Sales Intern and gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced sales leaders in the industry. You'll learn how to build strong provider relationships, analyze sales data, and support outreach efforts that directly impact patient care.

This is a flexible, hybrid opportunity with the ability to work from home and gain in-person, field territory experience.


We are currently looking for an intern located in Orange County, CA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with provider offices and families by supporting follow-up on referrals and retrieving referral information
  • Assist with territory coverage, including preparing and delivering provider packages with personalized notes, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Partner with Clinical Sales Representatives to book and confirm in-services, identify strong case outcomes to share with providers, and attend trade shows to support outreach efforts.
  • Analyze referral and territory reports to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas of improvement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records by linking providers to practices, identifying key accounts, and flagging inactive accounts.
  • Shadow high-performing sales team members to learn key sales techniques and develop professional skills.


Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Associate's, or higher-level degree program (High School Diploma required).
  • Able to commit up to 20 hours per week, including some in-person weekdays between 8AM – 5PM. We are open to working with your schedule!
  • Able to commit a minimum of 6 months from start date.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation required.
