What You’ll Be Working On
- Operate as a force multiplier for the CEO, amplifying strategy, communication, and execution across the org
- Build, lead, and optimize internal operating systems, rituals, and team workflows to scale efficiently
- Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across product, go-to-market, operations, and fundraising
- Partner with the CEO on investor communications, board materials, and strategic planning
- Develop frameworks to prioritize decisions, define company goals, and measure progress
- Synthesize insights across data, product, and market to drive clarity on what's working and what’s not
- Own special projects that have high strategic value but lack an existing owner — including GTM ops, OKR implementation, or new business lines
- Interface with key partners, clients, and investors to represent the CEO and company when needed
Must-Haves:

- Proven project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple, complex workstreams
- Strategic and analytical thinking — you can zoom out to shape direction and zoom in to execute
- Deep empathy for teams — you can unblock, align, and inspire without needing authority
- Experience in AI, data, or SaaS companies
- Former founder or investor/operator with exposure to company-building from 0→1
- Background in management consulting, chief of staff roles, or high-growth tech startups
- Comfort with SQL, Notion, and productivity stacks (e.g. Airtable, Figma, Slack, Linear)
- Experience partnering directly with executives, boards, or external stakeholders
Compensation Range: $100K - $200K
