Description

Join Ring & Blink's channel marketing team to drive comprehensive omni-channel programs across our key retail partners. You'll orchestrate integrated marketing strategies that span both digital and physical retail spaces, managing retail media programs while creating compelling in-store experiences. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape how customers discover and engage with our products across all touchpoints in their shopping journey.

In this role, you'll balance the digital and physical retail marketing, developing integrated marketing campaigns that create seamless customer experiences. You'll collaborate with retail partners to optimize both in-store merchandising and digital media investments, analyze performance data across channels, and ensure brand consistency at every touchpoint. From designing impactful store displays to optimizing digital retail media campaigns, you'll work to maximize customer engagement and drive business results through data-driven decisions. The successful candidate will blend strategic vision with practical implementation skills, showcasing both leadership and retail marketing proficiency.

Key job responsibilities

Marketing Program Ownership

Develop and execute omni-channel marketing programs that align with business objectives for Ring & Blink across key retail partners

Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance both digital and physical retail presence

Support strategic initiatives that drive brand growth and new households

Partner Communication & Program Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partner marketing teams

Develop compelling merchandising programs that support partner strategies

Create and present marketing proposals and program recommendations to partners

Retail Excellence & Omni-channel Integration

Drive seamless integration between digital retail media and in-store experiences

Execute visual merchandising programs that enhance the customer shopping experience

Implement retail media campaigns across partner platforms, including product launch and promotional activities across channels

Analytics & Performance Management

Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CTR, ROAS, and in-store conversion

Provide regular reporting on program performance and ROI

Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Creative, and Product teams to align on go-to-market strategies

Work closely with retail analytics teams to measure program effectiveness

Coordinate with agency partners on campaign execution and creative development

Support cross-functional initiatives to drive integrated marketing programs

A day in the life

In this dynamic role, you'll drive marketing programs across digital and physical retail spaces. Your day typically involves analyzing campaign performance, optimizing retail media investments, and collaborating with retail partners and sales teams. You'll develop marketing briefs, coordinate with creative teams, and ensure seamless program execution across channels.

Core activities include managing campaign performance, tracking deliverables, and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders through business reviews and performance updates. You'll balance multiple priorities while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results across all channels.

The Channel Marketing team specializes in creating cohesive customer experiences across all retail touchpoints. You'll join a collaborative team that combines innovative retail media strategies with in-store merchandising excellence to drive growth through our key retail partnerships.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
