Seeking a team leader and clinical resource person to oversee staff and department operations.
- Responsible for leading workgroups, resolving routine issues, and fostering a positive, productive, and fiscally responsible environment.
- Makes recommendations on complex issues like training, compensation, and staffing to management.
- Facilitates open communication and resolves operational concerns aligned with service goals.
- Functions as a case manager, assessing and coordinating patient care to ensure positive outcomes.
- Provides leadership for patient care teams, follows up on issues, and participates in management meetings.
- Supports staff development through performance evaluations, coaching, and goal setting.
- Assists with scheduling, resource allocation, and budget monitoring.
- Contributes to quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Conducts team meetings to ensure effective communication, accountability, and a positive work environment.
- Requires BSN, BA, or BS, RN licensure, 3+ years of acute care case management or 6+ years RN experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.
