Administrative Engagement Specialist

Starting Pay: $16.71/hour. Additional compensation commensurate with experience.

Join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders receive the care they need.

Your Role

• Build Relationships: Connect with new clients and re-engage those who have missed treatment appointments.
• Offer Personalized Support: Be a trusted point of contact from intake to the start of treatment, providing client-centered support every step of the way.
• Overcoming Obstacles: Identify and address barriers that may prevent clients from accessing essential services.
• Educate and Empower: Provide information and encouragement to help clients feel comfortable, confident, and motivated in their treatment.
  
  

Great Schedule: The schedule for this position is 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with one hour lunch, Monday - Friday.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and compassion for others
• Ability to interact in a supportive manner with clients of all backgrounds
• Document client interactions accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record
• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Experience: Experience working with behavioral health clients is a plus!
• Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
