Position Overview

The Campaign Coordinator role is an entry-level position that is responsible for supporting the execution of direct mail, digital and telemarketing efforts for utility partner marketing. The Campaign Coordinator will establish relationships across internal departments to ensure alignment of campaign goals and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the campaign management process to support the execution, monitoring and measurement of low to mid-level marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to, coordinating campaign tasks listed below to develop proficiency to own and be responsible for low complexity partners:
    • Creative markup
    • Partner creative review process
    • Data matrix creation
    • Mailcode activation
  • Assist with additional campaign creation tasks in accordance with organizational and compliance guidelines and ensure creatives meet with partner standards
  • Provide key mailing information to the Finance and Marketing Data teams to facilitate the creation of reports to monitor and track campaign performance
  • Create and maintain documentation with material product information that is legally required for compliant direct mail marketing
  • Assist in the creation of fulfillment letters for utility partners
  • Develop understanding of business and operational processes, including Strategy, Production, Data and Marketing Operations
  • Perform ad hoc tasks across the Marketing Department as needed
  • Establish cross functional relationships to support campaign execution

Job Requirements

  • BA in marketing, business or related area
  • 0-2 years of general business and/or marketing experience
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy
  • Must be team player & collaborative
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat is a plus
