Position Summary
Responsible for supporting the technology needs of the Apartments Division by participating in the analysis and improvement of existing business processes by leveraging technology, participating in implementation and support of technology projects, and providing end-user and training support to business users. Responsibilities include day-to-day break-fix support as well as implementing enhancements by means of: analysis, requirements gathering, functional design specification, testing, training and documentation.

Base Pay Range: $76,400.00 - $95,400.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

Job Duties
- Provide timely end user support for all core business systems, respond to queries, resolves and escalates issues for technology.
- Collaborate with contractors and external vendors in order to resolve issues as needed.
- Participates in the feasibility analysis of solutions and enhancements to existing Salesforce CRM system.
- Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and recommends optimal approach for resolution.
- Understands end-to-end business processes across the business and customer lifecycle.
- Coordinate with business analysts to understand user requirements.Tracks and documents changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for training and communication purposes.
- Acts as a liaison between project team leadership and end-users, technical and business analysts, consultants, and other stakeholders in the analysis, design, configuration, and testing of business solutions.
- Provides expertise and assistance during development of technical training curriculum and conducts training as needed.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
- BA or BS in computer science, mathematics or a computer-related field.
- 5 or more years of related experience.
- Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.
- Administrator experience highly desired.
- Entrepreneurial, driven for success, intellectually curious (want to know WHY).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Work is supervised based on achievement of tasks, goals and assigned projects. Work is reviewed for good use of judgment as well as overall quantity, quality and efficiency.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability a plus.
- Valid driver’s license; valid vehicle insurance.
