Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Pittsburgh, PA. You will design and implement advanced data solutions, ensuring data quality and translating business requirements into SQL-based technical deliverables.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst Job Responsibilities Include

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and create reports to support business decisions.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to align business and technical teams.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against requirements.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in data analysis and business analysis roles.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including BigQuery and preferably Dataform, with advanced SQL skills for complex data transformations.
• Proven experience in data modeling (preferably medallion architecture), data quality strategies, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
