Join our Nurse Residency Program, a year-long intensive designed to support new nurses transitioning into professional practice. The program includes 12 classes, didactic lectures, online modules, simulated learning, presentations, and hands-on training with bedside caregivers and nursing leadership.
All units offer a residency that prepares nurses to care for acutely ill adults while providing ongoing support.
We provide great benefits including $2,000 tuition reimbursement, $10,000 scholar loan assistance, $20,000 RN loan forgiveness, day-one health, vision, dental coverage, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and employer-matched retirement, for eligible employees working 32+ hours per week.
Qualifications include being a graduate of an accredited nursing program, maintaining a current RN license, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
This is a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
