Board Certified Behavior Analyst | BCBA

Seeking a full-time RN for a 6-bed Behavioral Health Emergency Department focused on high-risk mental health patients during psychiatric crises. The role involves providing safe, therapeutic care, working with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting patient stabilization and care planning. Shifts are 3x12-hour rotations, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities include autonomous nursing practice, patient assessment, care planning, advocacy, mentoring, and applying evidence-based practices. Qualifications include a nursing degree, RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS/PALS certifications within 6 months. Preferred BSN. Compensation ranges from $41.50 to $58.25/hr.
