The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Regional Clinical Director is responsible to:
- Oversees clinical operations to ensure quality, compliance, and evidence-based practices.
- Supervises, trains, and supports clinical staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Manages client care, including assessments, treatment planning, and caregiver training.
- Maintains communication with families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Supports organizational growth, audits, and achievement of company goals.
- Shifts: Full time, Flexible
- Hours: 30-40 hours per week
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing with the Pennsylvania Department of State.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experienced in ABA treatment planning, supervision, and clinical leadership, with a focus on high-quality care and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Able to lead and manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
