Part-Time Receptionist
Position facilitates to the flow of organization information as an integral part of the hospital team.
Primary Duties
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience: Previous receptionist and customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare setting. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Certification/License: CPI/CPR per policy.

Part-Time Receptionist
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-8:00pm
Position facilitates to the flow of organization information as an integral part of the hospital team.
Primary Duties
- Answer and direct incoming facility calls.
- Records and routes telephone and in-person messages accurately, completely, and promptly.
- Takes a proactive role in resolving any patient/customer service complaints. Independently identifies concerns in stressful situations to offer assistance in a calm demeanor.
- Time is consistently managed effectively to regularly volunteer for additional assignments to provide additional clerical support.
- Assists in taking Intake calls when Intake staff is unavailable.
- Aids in the completion of patient’s pre-assessment paperwork, as needed.
- Respects confidentiality at all times; follows HIPAA guidelines for disclosing information.
- Maintains an accurate record of patients seen each day, personal belongings dropped off, visitation logs, etc.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
