The Opportunity: As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our esteemed members and guests. Your creative cocktail crafting skills, exceptional customer service, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the warm and inviting atmosphere that defines our establishment.

Duties And Functions

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-end restaurant, upscale bar, or hospitality setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and contemporary trends.
  • Strong understanding of mixology techniques and the ability to craft visually appealing and delicious drinks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, maintaining composure in fast-paced environments.
  • Attention to detail in order to accurately process orders and handle payments.
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service regulations and the legal drinking age.
  • Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in bartending is a plus.

Qualification Standards

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment or similar setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of drink preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by club operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.
