This individual supports Service Advisors, helps manage service traffic flow, and ensures that all customers, whether in the dealership or contacting us remotely, are cared for with the highest level of professionalism. Qualifications:
- Strong background in customer service; prior dealership or automotive experience is a plus.
- Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills—both in person and over the phone.
- Motivated by growth and eager to develop within the dealership environment.
- Proficient with scheduling tools, office software, and dealership management systems (DMS preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
