Position Overview:

The Audi Assistant Service Advisor is a key team member in the daily operations of the Service Department. This individual supports Service Advisors, helps manage service traffic flow, and ensures that all customers, whether in the dealership or contacting us remotely, are cared for with the highest level of professionalism. The role is dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-focused, offering excellent upward mobility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advisor Support:


Assist the service advisor(s) with any and all operational and customer service needs throughout the day.

  • Customer Experience:


Greet, check in, and check out customers promptly and courteously. Maintain a welcoming and efficient service lane experience.

  • Phone & Schedule Management:


Monitor incoming service calls, respond professionally, and schedule high-quality appointments. Proactively manage and adjust the service schedule daily to ensure optimal flow.

  • Vendor Coordination:


Organize and schedule vendor appointments (detailing, tire vendors, glass repair, etc.) to align with service timelines.

  • Loaner Fleet Oversight:


Manage the Audi loaner vehicle program, including reservations, availability tracking, and vehicle readiness.

  • Departmental Accounting:


Oversee the service department’s cash box and process all payments, including cash, check, and internal transactions with accuracy and accountability.

  • Service Day Preparation:


Set up each service advisor’s day to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction, including organizing repair orders and anticipating customer needs.

  • Customer Advocacy:


Act as the primary point of contact for customers not currently associated with an open repair order. Ensure their needs are addressed, inquiries are answered, and follow-ups are initiated when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in customer service; prior dealership or automotive experience is a plus.
  • Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills—both in person and over the phone.


Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Motivated by growth and eager to develop within the dealership environment.
  • Proficient with scheduling tools, office software, and dealership management systems (DMS preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
