Job Overview:
As an Associate Sample Manager, you will be responsible for managing biological samples and associated documentation, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols. Your role is critical in maintaining the integrity of study materials and supporting the success of our laboratory operations

We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail, a strong understanding of sample control, and advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

Job Overview:
As an Associate Sample Manager, you will be responsible for managing biological samples and associated documentation, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols. Your role is critical in maintaining the integrity of study materials and supporting the success of our laboratory operations
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate receipt, log-in, and inventory of biological samples.
- Package and ship samples domestically and internationally, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain positive control over all study materials, including storage, retrieval, and destruction.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage conditions, and documentation for all samples.
- Monitor and respond to temperature excursions and storage non-compliance.
- Communicate with Sponsors regarding sample status, discrepancies, and shipment tracking.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, SOPs, and federal shipping regulations.
- Support QA audits and respond to audit findings.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail, a strong understanding of sample control, and advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent (60+ college credit hours).
- 2-3 years of laboratory sample processing experience.
- Knowledge and ability to apply GLP and Part 11 Code of Federal Regulations, GCP/ICH Guidelines, and other applicable regulations or guidelines.
