Job Description
Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Personal Injury team, who will play a pivotal role in advocating for our clients’ rights and delivering outstanding legal services.
This position will be based in Montgomery, Alabama.
Salary And Benefits
$100,000-$145,000 annually
Work Schedule
Hybrid Schedule with at least 2-3 in office.
Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, taking, and defending depositions, and analyzing complex documents.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and complex motions.
- Perform legal research.
- Make court appearances as necessary.
- Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Alabama required
- 2+ years of experience in litigation.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office products.
- Proficiency with E-Discovery and law programs such as, Sharefile, PACER, CaseAnywhere, Lexis, Smart Advocate, Everlaw, FileVine and OneLegal.
- Detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
- This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
