- Automate & test: Develop training pipelines using Git, Docker, and CI/CD. Evaluate model performance on detection and tracking metrics.
- Deploy real-world AI: Help integrate models into edge devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson) and secure cloud systems.
- Grow your voice: Present your work to customers, collaborate on R&D proposals, and contribute to technical papers or SBIRs.

- Familiarity with Linux, Git, and basic software engineering best practices
- A curious mindset, collaborative energy, and ability to learn fast
- Course, project, or research experience in deep learning, signal processing, or computer vision
- Internship or competition experience in AI/ML (e.g., Kaggle, DARPA RACER)
- Exposure to MLOps tools (e.g., Weights & Biases, MLflow) or GPU computing (CUDA, ONNX, TensorRT)
- Interest in EO/IR, radar, or remote sensing data
- Experience with Agile workflows or MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, SysML)
- Be mentored by some of the best in AI, sensing, and secure systems
- Work on meaningful projects with real impact on national security
- Enjoy flexible schedules, 9/80 workweeks, and professional development support
- Join a close-knit team where your ideas matter
