Location: Lake Worth, Florida

Shift: Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: Up to $100,000 per year (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with a primary focus on Infection Prevention and Control. This vital role ensures the highest standards of resident safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance in our skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the facility’s infection prevention and control program.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and procedures aligned with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct routine staff education and training on infection control practices.
• Perform audits, surveillance, and risk assessments across all departments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on outbreak response and mitigation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting to relevant agencies.
• Actively participate in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives and interdisciplinary committees.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Florida - required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting.
• At least 6 months of experience in restorative or rehabilitative nursing.
• Proven knowledge of infection control standards, clinical protocols, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
