• Ensures compliance to department policies and procedures and guidelines to affect compliance to state, federal, and regulatory standards, including, but not limited to: HACCP Program, Sanitation and Safety Inspections, and Temperature Logs.
• Stocks food and supplies according to invoice in adherence to safety and sanitary regulations, including compliance industry temperature specifications, to assure that safe, sanitary, and top-quality food and supplies are well organized and readily available for food production and service
• Orders needed product to appropriately replenish inventory.
• Rotates fresh produce and dairy product as needed and discards as necessary.
• Examines deliveries upon arrival for damage, inaccuracies, shortages, inferior quality, cleanliness, etc. Reports discrepancies or questions to management before accepting or signing for products.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
