Summary Of Functions
Assist the Community Association Manager, to ensure the community is up to the standards established in the associations governing documents
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- File all paperwork in appropriate places in a timely manner.
- Assist the office staff with phones and fill in as needed.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, notices, and community communications.
- Routinely inspects homesites for compliance on designated days. Notify homeowners of non-compliance.
- Submit weekly report.
- Review ARC applications and notify residents if application is incomplete.
- Schedule and attend ARC meetings.
- Attend Board meetings.
- Maintain a flexible schedule.
- Any additional duties assigned by the assigned Board of Director or management.
- Opening Service Requests for Maintenance Staff.
- Assist with Annual Audit and financial research.
- Researching documents & files for homeowners, committees, and directors.
- Special projects.
- Coordinate and attend Community Events.
Job Requirements
- Maintain a current Florida Driver's License
- Maintain a CAM License
Reports directly to the Association Manager.
Skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, among others
- Caliber
- Excellent in the English language
- Bilingual
