Job Purpose
Support business development and marketing efforts, which primarily include
marketing the firm’s capital to the commercial mortgage brokerage industry,
and capital raising. In addition, this role supports the Investor Reporting Group in the preparation of client reports, performance reporting, and compilation of market data.

Support business development and marketing efforts, which primarily include
marketing the firm’s capital to the commercial mortgage brokerage industry,
and capital raising. In addition, this role supports the Investor Reporting Group in the preparation of client reports, performance reporting, and compilation of market data.
Key Accountabilities
Loan Originations
- Track lender quotes for purposes of maintaining a log of market lending terms;
- Maintain the loan origination pipeline;
- Prepare marketing materials and presentations;
- Collection of real estate debt investment related research and the maintenance of existing internal databases to capture such information;
- Interact with European AXA IM colleagues to supply US CRE Debt group performance information and US CRE and CRE debt market information;
- Support responses to RFP’s and Questionnaires;
- Tracking firm AUM, loan performance; loan originations, payoff history; and delinquency;
- Preparation of client quarterly reports and other reporting obligations;
- Collection and dissemination of market credit spreads;
- Compilation of composite and benchmark returns.
Education/Qualifications
Role Requirements
- Associate, or Bachelor of Business Administration, with experience managing data and strong excel and presentation skills (charts, graphs, pivot tables).
- 2+ years preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Computer skills necessary to perform the job include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and natural orientation to review and check work prior to submission;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize;
- Must be able to work independently;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Client mentality and results oriented.
