Royal Caribbean Group’s Global E-Commerce Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Analyst, BI & Data Visualization reporting to the Lead, BI & Data Visualization

This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor hourly & daily automated reports
• Monitor error notifications & resolve automated reporting issues
• Track error occurrences & report weekly
• Assist with reporting communication for internal & external teams
• Assist with and provide training & access to dashboards
• Assist with Power BI report creation & maintenance
• Assist with ad hoc dashboard requests
• Assess performance of dashboards and make recommendations
• Continuously improve the reporting system by analyzing current practices
  
  

Qualifications, Knowledge And Skills

• Enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation
• Understanding of Business Intelligence and Database Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent level of practical on-the-job experience
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
• MS office, especially Excel & Power BI
• Experience with SQL preferred E-Commerce, Commercial and Marketing teams: Support visualization maintenance and enhancements for existing reports.
• Attend regular Data Science team training and workshops.
• Data teams: Perform data validation and assist with troubleshooting when applicable.
