Position Snapshot

As a Product Analyst, you will work directly with the Product Manager to help bridge the gap between business strategy and product execution. This entails supporting and defining product requirements, ensuring product roadmaps align with business goals, and working with stakeholders across the organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation of user flows as well as product and system requirements to streamline operations
  • Work cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, and Product teams, ensuring alignment in technical and business requirements
  • Participate in daily standups and product team meetings, assisting with backlog grooming and feature prioritization
  • Collect insights from internal and external stakeholders, using data to inform roadmap priorities
  • Utilize data analytics to provide data-driven recommendations for product improvements and business strategy
  • Contribute to long-term strategic discussions on AI initiatives, new customer segments, and innovative product solutions
  • Provide insights into how policy and industry shifts impact the organization's product roadmap

Experience And Skills

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the product development process
  • Experience working with technical teams is preferred
  • Strong ability to document and translate complex requirements into actionable insights
  • Experience with Jira, Figma, and Notion (or similar tools) is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to analyze user behavior and business metrics to guide product decisions
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
  • Experience conducting market research and payer analysis in the healthcare industry is a plus

Education And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree related to business strategy or technology preferred, or equivalent work experience

Compensation

$70,000-$85,000 depending on experience
