Key Responsibilities
- Administrative SupportProvide general administrative assistance, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Handle office communications and maintain filing systems.
- SchedulingManage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives or departments.
- Document PreparationDraft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all documents are maintained and updated regularly.
- Office CoordinationOrganize office supplies, equipment, and manage inventory. Maintain office cleanliness and a professional work environment.
- Customer ServiceGreet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide assistance or direct them to appropriate personnel. Handle incoming mail and packages.
- Event PlanningAssist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, including preparing materials and ensuring logistical arrangements are in place.
- Project AssistanceSupport various departments or teams with project management tasks, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and communicating updates.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others in a team environment.
