Our client is seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to support a Senior Executive on a temp to perm basis. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
  • Order office supplies and handle inventory tracking
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Support event planning and internal communications
  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, scanning, and copying
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
