The Los Angeles Clippers are seeking a results-driven, self-starting Account Executive to join the new sales team at our new home, Intuit Dome. This role is focused on generating new season ticket revenue and delivering exceptional experiences to clients.
In this role, you will self-prospect, execute outbound new sales campaigns, and play an important role in giving the Clippers a homecourt advantage. The ideal candidate will be driven, competitive, and hungry.
This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is eligible for our competitive benefit offering including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more.
What You Will Do
Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it will redefine fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.
Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.

What You Will Do
- Research, network and sell new prospects through daily calls, emails and leveraging social networks.
- Exceed established monthly and yearly sales revenue goals.
- Effectively execute all assigned sales campaigns and training.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to new and existing clients.
- Be a department leader in call volume and leveraging outside networking opportunities.
- Promote an inclusive culture through teamwork and transparency.
- Track communications and correspondence with clients using ticketing system (Ticketmaster) and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute game day events for clients.
- Meet or exceed additional sales goals (group tickets/suites/ concerts)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sports marketing or a related field preferred.
- At least one (1) year of experience in sales and/or ticket sales. Sports industry preferred.
- Successful track record of achieving sales goals.
- A positive commitment to providing exceptional customer service to all LA Clippers customers.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.

Compensation
- Hourly base pay with on target earnings of $100,000+
- The role is classified as non-exempt.
