We are currently looking for a Intern Engineer at our Ontario, CA office.

Intern engineer will play a critical role in the Site’s Operations. Engineer intern is an extension of the leadership team and will support the site with Safety, Quality, Productivity, Warehouse Process Flow. The Intern will work directly with the management team and Front Line Leaders to identify areas of opportunity and put a plan in

place to execute using Continuous Improvement methodology and tools such as PDCA, Kaizen Events, Value Stream Mapping, etc.

The 2025 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 9th, 2025 and run through August 14, 2025

Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 / 40 hours per week)

You Bring

• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Candidates must be available to work full-time beginning on June 9, 2025 – August 14, 2025
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and parse data
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  
  

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.  Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.
