About This Team

Our Global Distribution Facilities Department functions are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team is responsible for the Facilities and maintenance operations of our North America Distribution Centers. The Facilities Analyst will play a critical role in working to optimize operations, including contract management, budget oversight, strategic planning, and business analysis.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Analyst with a strong business background to join our team. The Facilities Analyst will be responsible for contract writing and review, budget management, road mapping, and demonstrating exceptional business acumen. Business development activities will be conducted under the direction of the Facilities Director and Senior Facilities Manager. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Facilities and play a key role in optimizing facilities operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Facilities Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to facilities management, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Developing and maintaining budgets for facilities operations, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Creating strategic roadmaps and plans for facilities management initiatives, outlining short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Analyzing data, trends, and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in facilities operations.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Reporting Structure

The Facilities Analyst will report to the Director of Facilities and will work under the direction of the Facilities Director and Senior Facilities Manager. Business development activities will be conducted at their direction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in contract writing and review, preferably in facilities management or related field.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial analysis.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$63,900– $79,900annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
