The Specials Recovery Registered Nurse coordinates care for patients of all ages, focusing on pre-, intra-, and post-recovery in a specialized center.

- Monitoring patients in the recovery room to assess their condition and identify potential complications.
- Preparing medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate administration.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, comprehensive patient care.
- Documenting patient care accurately to maintain complete medical records.
- Maintaining and stocking equipment and supplies in the recovery area.
- Seeking guidance from senior management on complex treatment plans and issues.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Associate degree required.
- Three years of RN experience and one year in a clinical specialty, such as cardiac, telemetry, ED, PCU, or ICU.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state, with BLS certification. ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
