Greets patients and family members in a welcoming manner and works as part of a team to provide a good patient experience. Customer service is a key component of all duties.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required or
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
Experience
2 years experience in a secretarial or clerical/general office position Required
1 year experience in IDX, EPIC, Chemotherapy Scheduling Preferred
1 year experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
Licenses
