We are looking for a PRN Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services for children and families. This is a great opportunity for an OT who wants flexible pediatric work, family-centered care, and the ability to make a difference without committing to a full-time schedule.

What You’ll Do
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities
Provide direct occupational therapy services in home-based settings
Support skill development related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, play, self-care, daily routines, and functional independence
Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes
Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines
Partner closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
Active Occupational Therapy license, OT/L, in Texas
Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Home health experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children and families
A compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to care
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with positioning, transfers, and therapeutic activities as needed
