What You’ll Do
As a Technician in our practice, your regular duties will include:
- Guiding patients through the pretesting process using automated testing and documenting patient history in our EMR system and counselling patients on their visit and doctor recommended treatment plan
- Answering phones and acting as a face for our company
- Handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling and verifying insurance benefits
- Maintaining pharmaceuticals, contact lens inventory and exam rooms so that they are fully stocked clean for patient encounters.
- A motivated, self-starting attitude
- An amiable personality and ability to develop rapport with our patients
- A keen eye for detail and stellar organizational skills
- Experience working in a private practice preferred
