The Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero seeks an On-Call Bell Attendant to join our talented team! Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company!

We invite you to join Four Seasons San Francisco at Embarcadero. We are looking for individuals with not only the right skills but also the right attitude for the role!

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Greets all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance
  • Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Reading, written and oral proficiency in the English language is required
  • Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high-volume operation
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • High school educations or equivalent experience is preferred
