This role leads pre-solicitation engagement 12 to 36 months before RFP drop to shape requirements and build agency relationships that position T-Mobile to win priority federal and SLED contracts. It leads cross-functional teams to prepare proposals and navigate all phases from opportunity identification to contract implementation. The role differentiates by building effective relationships and coordinating resources across multiple functions to present competitive solutions. Success is measured by winning targeted contracts and effectively addressing customer requirements through strategic planning and execution. The work impacts the organization by securing government contracts that enhance service offerings and meet federal customer needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales plans to identify and prioritize must-win federal government contract opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to prepare and present competitive proposals that align with government requirements
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with key federal government agencies and support systems
  • Analyze and escalate solution gaps to leadership to improve contract win potential
  • Develop teaming arrangements with primes, integrators, and specialty partners to strengthen competitive position on priority government solicitations
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities by aligning additional solutions with federal customer needs
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed


Education and Work Experience
:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 7-10 years Experience in federal/SLED government capture management including pre-solicitation engagement, GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, IDIQ/GWAC vehicle strategy, and competitive solicitation win rate accountability. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $120,500 - $217,400

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
