Drivers on this account run steady miles with predictable pay and a clear schedule. Expect 2,200–2,500 miles per week, no-touch freight, and home time every two weeks that stays consistent.

This is a full-time W2 position with reliable freight and minimal downtime between loads.

Pay & Miles

  • $0.56–$0.65 CPM based on experience
  • Weekly earnings typically $1,200–$1,500
  • Average 2,200–2,500 miles per week
  • Extra pay for stops, layovers, and breakdowns
  • Pay increase every six months
  • Weekly direct deposit
  • Paid orientation ($300 on first paycheck)


Home Time

  • Home every two weeks on a planned, consistent schedule


Freight & Runs

  • Dry van freight with no-touch loads
  • Approximately 60% drop and hook
  • Mix of day and night runs depending on route
  • Steady freight with consistent dispatch


Equipment

  • Assigned late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors (2022–2025)

Training

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Class A tractor trailer in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Transport dry van freight on scheduled routes
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip documentation
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers


Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
  • Open to drivers with recent CDL completion or 6+ months experience
  • Stable work history
  • No at-fault accidents, major violations, or license suspensions in the last 3 years
  • No DUI within the last 5 years
  • No safety-related terminations
  • Employment gaps must meet company guidelines
  • Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screening
